Incorporating a close reading strategy into our instruction is a common best practice. However, how often do we extend that same strategy to visual texts? Can we? During this webinar, you will get an opportunity to experience a close reading activity of a visual text as if you were a student. You will also hear from and collaborate with colleagues to explore the power of pairing visual texts with a close reading routine and reflect on how this routine could impact your CCRS instruction.
