Are you just getting started with Northstar? Have you been using Northstar for a while but would like a refresher on available resources? Join us for a tour of the features on your Northstar Admin Portal, learn how to add users to Northstar Online Learning, report time on task, track completed assessments by learner, run reports, access curriculum, and find answers to your Northstar questions. The new method of remote proctoring will also be covered. We will incorporate answers to frequently asked questions in the training, as well as allow for questions from those in attendance. We hope to see you there!

You can also find many resources available in your Admin Portal under the “Resources” tab in the blue bar at the top of the page. They include a fairly comprehensive User Manual with written instructions on how to do many things in Northstar; “Quick Start Guides” which are short 1-3 minute videos on how to perform common tasks in Northstar; and a list of FAQs.
