The Recredentialing Pathways (RCP) assists internationally trained professionals reconnect with careers in Minnesota by recognizing the education and experience they earned outside the United States. Since launching in December 2025, the pilot has supported eligible participants in pursuing credit for prior learning toward college credentials and, in some cases, comprehensive workforce credentials.

Participants must be age 18 or older, income eligible, and interested in careers in health care, engineering, education, or information technology. Adult Education programs play an important role in identifying and referring potential participants.

Join this 90-minute webinar to learn who is eligible, how to make referrals, what to expect from the credit for prior learning process, and hear firsthand experiences from internationally trained professionals.
