Tools for Deepening Equity in Your Program

Looking for concrete ways to advance equity in your adult education program but finding that most available tools are designed for K-12 settings? Join us for an interactive webinar dedicated to exploring powerful, adult-education-specific resources designed to help you identify growth areas and take actionable steps toward justice.
During this session, we will dive into the Adult Education Equity Rubric, a tool specifically adapted by the statewide Racial Equity Community of Practice to help programs and classrooms evaluate and develop their equity practices.
Beyond the rubric, we will showcase a variety of equity tools from ATLAS that you can implement immediately, found in our Cultural Competency library, including: Moving Equity Forward Video Series, Teaching for Justice Lesson collection, and the Antiracist Praxis Study Circle Facilitator Guide.
