Registration Deadline: FRI. 1/17/20 (NOTE: $15 late fee applied to all registrations made after 1/17/20)

NOTE: Guest room reservations must be made no later than THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, 2020 to be guaranteed the discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to non-refundable costs incurred for venue bookings and catering, registrations cancelled less than 5 business days prior to an ATLAS-sponsored event will not be eligible for reimbursement and will be billed at the normal rate. If you must cancel after this time, you are encouraged to send a substitute if possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Travel:

ATLAS will again cover both hotel and mileage costs for Minnesota ABE practitioners travelling over 50 miles one-way. There is no scholarship application to fill out; ATLAS will pay the hotel directly for your lodging (see details below), and you can simply submit an ATLAS invoice after the conference to receive your mileage reimbursement.

Guest Room Accommodations: For those travelling over 50 miles each way, a room block is reserved at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Minneapolis Northeast for Wednesday, January 22 and Thursday, January 23 at a discounted rate of $114/King and $119/Double Queen, plus tax, until January 9, 2020 (5:00 p.m. CST).  To make a reservation  for 2020 Language & Literacy Institute you must contact the hotel directly by January 9, 2020.  NOTE: ATLAS will pay the cost of room and tax (for the discounted rate only) upon check-out; incidentals are on your own.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your room, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to check-in.  If this deadline is not met, your program will be charged the cost of your room.
