It’s been 10 years since the last MN ABE Transitions Conference. In 2020, we are closer to the vision of fully realized career pathways around the state! Structures and partnerships have been built and strengthened, and new legislation and policies are in place to further this work. Let’s come together again (at a safe distance!) on September 22 to connect and keep the momentum going as we help our ABE learners move into meaningful, family-sustaining careers across the state!

• 12:15-1:30 – General Session: Strategies for Delivering Effective ACPs at a Distance – Cynthia Secord

GOALS:

Participants will:

• Network with other ABE programs around ACPs and specific career sectors
• Access concrete tools and strategies to get started or move forward with ACPs
• Receive support in strengthening ACPs

• Those new to ACP
• ABE attendees can invite partners to specific sessions if they feel it would strengthen their partnership
