Taking the HiSET® Official Practice Test (OPT)
Students must create an account in Essential Education to gain access to HiSET® Official Practice Tests (OPT). The Minnesota Department of Education has vouchers for MN Adult Education programs to give to students to take practice tests, which are available in both English and Spanish.
Note that the student’s practice scores do not link to a tester’s HiSET/PSI account where instructors have access to see students’ practice scores (unlike GED). So, students will have to show instructors their practice scores on their own.
