ATLAS Invoice

This ATLAS invoice form is for

those who participated in an ATLAS activity and
were invited by an ATLAS staff member to submit.

Partner organizations have their own reimbursement process: Literacy Action Network – for Adult Diploma (ADP Working Group), ABE Summer Institute, and other activities. Literacy Minnesota – for activities organized by their staff.

State employees + MN Adult Education Support Network staff members

We’re not able to provide stipends or reimburse mileage for work or travel funded through ABE Supplemental Services grant or another state funding stream. This helps ensure that state funds are not used to duplicate payment for the same time or expenses.

Before you submit a payment request, please use your judgment in light of the grant guidelines. If you’re unsure, please reach out so we can talk it through together.

MN Adult Education Support Network organizations: Literacy Action Network, Literacy Minnesota, PANDA, Southwest ABE, and ATLAS. An organizational email address or affiliation does not automatically determine eligibility. The determining factor is whether the activity in question is already supported by state grant funds.

Please submit invoices between the hours of 7 AM and 8 PM Central Time. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that invoices will be successfully captured and processed.
