This ATLAS invoice form is for

those who participated in an ATLAS activity and
were invited by an ATLAS staff member to submit.

State employee or work for one of the ABE support network organizations?
Please use your judgment in light of our funding guidelines. We can’t reimburse work or travel already funded by the ABE Supplemental Services grant or other state sources. Unsure? Please reach out before submitting a payment request.

Support Network organizations: LAN, LitMN, PANDA, Southwest ABE, and ATLAS. Eligibility depends on whether state funds already cover the specific activity—not email address or affiliation.

Please submit invoices between the hours of 7 AM and 8 PM Central Time. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that invoices will be successfully captured and processed.
