Managing Stress to Improve Learning

The Managing Stress to Improve Learning project by the New England Literacy Resource Center draws from trauma research and theory, expressive therapies, multiple intelligences, mind/body research, art, and activism to provide teachers with the tools they need in order to create safe and stable classrooms. The project strives to share resources, activity ideas, routines, and research that will help teachers empower their students to manage their stress in order to better focus on learning.
