Provided here are all the tools needed to facilitate ACES PLC (Professional Learning Community) I.

Facilitation tools:

• ACES PLC Report – The form facilitators must submit after conducting an ACES PLC in order for their participants to receive CEUs.
• ACES PLC Participant List Template – The form for facilitators to list all the participants in their PLC; this completed form should be uploaded into the above report.
