Problem-Based Learning at University of Delaware

The Problem-Based Learning resource collection from the University of Delaware contains a variety of tools that teachers can use to begin implementing a problem-based learning approach in their classrooms.

The collection includes a variety of evaluation tools that teachers can download and use, as well as a number of videos that introduce teachers to the basic rationale for using a problem-based learning approach, and how to deal with different classroom issues that might arise when teachers try to get students working in groups. The site is also home to the PBL Clearinghouse – a collection of over 100 problem-based learning scenarios with lesson plans. All of these materials are shared under a Creative Commons copyright license, so they are considered open source.
