Have you ever wished you had a tool to help you figure out areas of equity to further develop in your program but everything is for K-12 programs or you didn’t know where to start? A group of participants in the statewide Racial Equity Community of Practice thought just that. The group has adapted several tools to create an equity rubric for adult education classrooms and programs.
