  • Why (and how) should I be using GED Manager to ensure that I know what’s happening with my GED testers? Mellissa Hultstrand will demonstrate GED Manager and answer your questions!
  • I love the PANDA website, but I’m not always sure where to find information. How can I navigate the site more efficiently? Wendy Sweeney will demonstrate how to find what you’re looking for!
  • Can you tell me more about the refugees that have been enrolling in our program? Come and listen to Rachele King inform us about Minnesota’s resettlement landscape!
  • My program is planning to implement computer-based testing for CASAS. Where do I start? Jeff Galbavy and Linda Keller will share tips and tricks you can use as you set up eTesting!

Next Steps!

The questions above and so many more will be answered at this year’s Support Services Conference. What questions still need to be addressed? Do you have a presentation that could fill in the holes? If so, please download a copy of the Call for Proposals, complete it and submit it to Rachel Stiglitz ([email protected]). We’d love to hear your ideas!
