The Annual Volunteer Information Report Is Ready for You to Complete!

It’s time to complete the Annual Volunteer Information Report! The report is completed each year by all Adult Basic Education (ABE) programs in Minnesota that utilize volunteers.

The Minnesota Literacy Council gathers this information to advocate for literacy services throughout our state and to improve the support we offer to members of our Volunteer Literacy Program Network. It is shared with the Minnesota Department of Education, the state legislature, ABE staff, and volunteers. Accurately quantifying the scope and involvement of volunteers allows us to show that adult literacy services are important to all Minnesotans.

The information you provide also makes it possible for the literacy council to continue to support literacy programs statewide through volunteer training, conferences, networking opportunities, the Adult Literacy Hotline referral service, volunteer recruitment, newsletters, tutor tips and more. Read the 2016-2017 Minnesota ABE Volunteer Information Report Summary.

The report is due on July 31, 2018. Please read the instructions and complete the report online.
