PANDA Services

PANDA Services

PANDA provides ABE programs with disability support, knowledge, and resources to increase academic opportunities for students.  Services are free, funded through a grant from the Minnesota Department of Education.

Below you will find two important highlights as well as an overview of the support we provide to ABE programs.

Universal Design for Learning Webcast Training

PANDA’s free Universal Design for Learning Webcast is open for registration now. Enrollment is limited.  The deadline to register is November 30.  According to a previous participant, “I’ve been given a tremendous toolbox from which I can draw!  I’m recommending this training to any and all teachers who care to do better by their students!”

Hurry to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity!  Find out more and register >>

Supplemental Disability Registration Form

PANDA’s Supplemental Disability Registration Form is a tool for programs to use to gain more information about new students at registration. Just add the following question: “Have you ever been diagnosed with a condition that could impact your learning (i.e. mental health, ADHD, developmental disability, learning disability, brain injury, vision loss, or hearing loss, etc.)?”  If the student answers “yes” there is a questionnaire available to help guide you to ask additional questions about student learning needs.  This form has been recently translated into Spanish, French, Karen, Hmong, and Vietnamese.
