Community Interpreter Credential
The 40-hour Community Interpreter (TCI) training qualifies interpreters to work in community, educational, and medical settings. Though MN state law does not require interpreters to have an interpreting credential at all, many institutions and employers strongly prefer working with interpreters who have completed a skills and knowledge-based training, such as the TCI.
